BANCAMIGA Y FUNDAFELICES CONSOLIDARON ALIANZA PARA MEJORAR LA CALIDAD DE LA EDUCACION
Con esta alianza con Fundafelices, Bancamiga demuestra una vez que su interés no es solamente brindar servicios de la más alta tecnología para el bienestar de sus clientes, sino apoyar las causas sociales en beneficio de todo el país, en el marco de sus planes de RSE, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de los venezolanos.
El Presidente Ejecutivo de Bancamiga, Ariel José Martínez, dijo sentirse orgulloso de la importancia que la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial tiene en la planificación estratégica del banco, por lo que ratificó su apoyo a Fundafelices para mejorar la calidad de la educación.
Uno de los ejes medulares de los programas de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial de Bancamiga es la educación, lo que se acaba de reafirmar durante el acto de apoyo de Bancamiga a la Fundación Educando Niños Felices, creada en el 2016 para contribuir con el desarrollo y bienestar integral de niñas, niños y adolescentes en situación de vulnerabilidad en Venezuela.
El Presidente Ejecutivo de Bancamiga, Ariel José Martínez, comenzó su intervención expresando su orgullo por la importancia que la RSE tiene en la planificación estratégica del banco.
“Nuestra planificación va de la mano con la Responsabilidad Social. Toda la actividad financiera de Bancamiga tiene que servir de apoyo a la sociedad y a proyectos enmarcados en educación, cultura, deporte y ambiente”, dijo, al tiempo de agregar que los trabajadores y sus familiares, la comunidad local y la sociedad en general están en esa línea de acción.
Ante la directora de RSE de Bancamiga, Milagro González; la presidenta de Fundafelices, Maite Ramírez; la presidenta de la Asociación Venezolana de Escuelas Católicas (AVEC), Sor Alicia Boscán, y ante clientes, aliados y colaboradores del banco, Martínez indicó que es clave apoyar actividades como las que desde hace dos años se promueven con la Fundación.
Expresó que la alianza con Fundafelices se termina de consolidar en este acto, “en el cual buscamos que aliados y clientes extiendan su aporte para fomentar la educación y disminuir las brechas. Hay que trabajar en conjunto para enfrentar la deserción escolar y mejorar la calidad de la educación”.
Bancamiga crece con sentido social
La directora de Responsabilidad Social de Bancamiga, Milagro González, sostuvo que Bancamiga “es un banco innovador y tecnológico que está a la altura de cualquier banco del mundo, que ha hecho mucho por el tema social, pero donde hay grandes oportunidades de continuar presentando proyectos maravillosos, que vayan en beneficio de la organización”.
Dijo que Bancamiga ha crecido con sentido social y que en línea con su visión y con la proyección de su imagen, que está asociada con la innovación, se encuentra el plan de Responsabilidad Social que tiene al emprendimiento como estrategia clave para su proceso de gestión, con tres campos de acción: educación como primer eje, cultura y deporte, todos contemplados en los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de Naciones Unidas para transformar el mundo en uno mejor.
Para González, la alianza con Fundafelices es muy positiva, porque se trata de una fundación bien especial, estructurada y llevada por gente capacitada, que entre sus programas tiene el de Todos a la escuela, con el fin de ayudar a disminuir la deserción escolar, y el que la institución ha venido apoyando desde el 2019.
Este programa tiene el objetivo de contribuir con la permanencia de niñas, niños y adolescentes venezolanos en las instituciones educativas, a través del apoyo a los estudiantes más vulnerables con la donación de kits de útiles escolares, la compra de uniformes y el pago de matrículas.
Hizo referencia a que el último estudio realizado a principio de años por el Banco Mundial y la Unicef, con el apoyo de la Unesco, dejó en evidencia que, después de la pandemia, la educación escolar en América Latina y el Caribe retrocedió en un 10%.
“Los invito a abrazar a Fundafelices. Que los clientes que hoy nos acompañan, asuman el padrinazgo. Necesitamos a todos: clientes, aliados y empleados, de la mano de Bancamiga, para que juntos sumemos voluntades y luchemos contra la deserción de los estudiantes”.
Transformar vidas
La presidenta de Fundafelices, Maite Ramírez, manifestó que la alianza con Bancamiga ha permitido dar continuidad a sus programas. Solo con su apoyo durante el año escolar 2021-2022, se beneficiaron 180 niños que se mantuvieron en la escolaridad y recibieron una educación de calidad.
Bajo la asignación de la AVEC vienen respaldando a niñas, niños y adolescentes del Colegio Paulo VI, en la Cota 905; U.E Nuestra Señora del Encuentro, en el sector Mirador del Este en Petare; y San José, en Vista Hermosa, Catia.
“Para nosotros es muy importante que haya instituciones y personas que estén ganadas a nuestra causa. Nos llena muchísimo saber que ustedes reconocen que lo que hacemos es muy significativo para el futuro del país. Estamos en el camino correcto, que es transformar vidas. Hay que sumar voluntades para ayudar a esos niños que son el futuro del país”.
Fundafelices lleva adelante los programas Comiendo Sano, Regalando Sonrisas, Aprendo en un Clic y Todos a la Escuela. En sus planes está llegar a Mérida, Monagas y Delta Amacuro.
